Yes — once your quote is agreed and signed off, that price is locked in. No surprises. The only exception is if you request significant scope changes during the build, which we'd always discuss openly before proceeding.

Most builds are completed in 1–2 days. Essential builds are typically done in a single day. Premium and Elite builds with fireplaces, LED lighting and decorative finishes usually take 2 days. We always give you a clear timeline before we start.
Minimal. We lay down floor protection, use dust sheets, and clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. The only exception is plastering work, which requires 24–48 hours drying time before painting — we'll always let you know in advance.
We'll send you a simple prep checklist when you confirm your booking. Generally just clearing the wall area and keeping a clear path for materials. We handle all planning, materials and waste disposal.
We don't leave until you're completely happy. If anything isn't right on the day, we address it before we go. Post-installation, our 5-year workmanship guarantee means we'll return and rectify anything for free — no questions asked.
Yes. We supply and install a wide range of electric fires — from standard inset models to wide panoramic statement fires. All fire prices are included in your itemised quote, so there are no surprises.
No — electric fireplaces only require a standard 13-amp socket. No flue, no gas line, no chimney breast required. You can even run the flame effect without the heat, making them perfect year-round.
Yes — LED lighting is available as an add-on to any package. We install RGB strip lighting controllable via a smartphone app, with warm-white options also available for a more subtle, premium look.
